The Board is made up of the Pastors, Elders and Deacons of Elim Loughborough. They meet bi-monthly on the second Monday of the month to deal with the business and legal aspects of church life.
Rev Paul Stevens - Senior Pastor
Rev Paul Stevens has been the full-time Pastor at Elim Church Centre since December 1998.
Howard Needham - Elder
Howard Needham took on the responsibility of eldership in September 2004. He is responsible for Family Life within the fellowship.
Joff Grace - Elder
Joff Grace took on the role of Elder in 2009. He carries the responsibility of spritual oversight of the Worship Team as well as working to develop the younger generation of instrumentalists and singers.
Malcolm Nurcombe - Deacon (Buildings)
Malcolm Nurcombe is a board member with responsibility for the Church building improvements.
