To the Board has been added a number of leaders with spiritual oversight responsibilities to form a leadership team which meet together on a fortnightly basis, led by Paul Stevens. The group meet together to fulfil two purposes
- as a small group fellowship for the leadership of the church
- to work and pray together to have a united vision and strategy for the church
The additional members are: Annette Stevens, Lesley Whipps, Diane Payne, Angie Hamilton and Jan Inglis.
Rev Paul Stevens has been the full-time Pastor at Elim Church Centre since December 1998.
Annette is married to Paul and is part of the leadership of the Pure Life women's ministry.
Howard Needham took on the responsibility of eldership in September 2004. He is responsible for Family Life within the fellowship.
Joff Grace took on the responsibility of eldership in 2009. He leads the Worship Team and provides pastoral care for them.
Angie is a Connect coach and also part of the leadership of the Pure Life women's ministry.
