Elim Church Centre

Elim Church Centre - Loughborough

Welcome to the Elim Pentecostal Church in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

The Elim Church Centre is a lively and welcoming Church, close to the centre of Loughborough. We are always pleased to welcome new visitors to our services, and our aim is to be a friendly Church, so that we can meet with God in a relaxed atmosphere and hear what he has to say to us all. You can find more information about us elsewhere on this site.

We run a varied and exciting programme of weekly activities. These range from mid-week fellowship groups and prayer meetings to a full and active Youth programme! In addition, the Church puts on various events on a regular basis, including regular Alpha Courses.

Connect Groups are our small group expression. They provide mid-week fellowship, Bible-study, prayer and discussion groups. They are held in local homes in and around Loughborough, and meet on various evenings

Along with several Loughborough Churches, the Elim Church Centre is very popular with Loughborough Students, with many former students staying with the church after graduation. The church also runs an exciting and lively programme for Young People, with both Sunday and mid-week activities.

We run several Community Projects within the Loughborough area. These include
The Cookery, our luncheon club that serves excellent meals during the week. Hope House is a hostel for young women in need of temporary accommodation. The Charis Centre is a pregnancy crisis centre that provides confidential counselling and support.

The East Midlands School of Christian Ministry is an interdenominational training course run by the Church, and has become well established throughout the Midlands with an annual intake of around 70 students. Looking further a field, we actively support several Missions in various parts of the world.
